A vegetarian diet can help people who suffer from Osteoarthritis.

People are becoming vegetarians in growing numbers, and not just for ethical reasons. An increasing body of research links the Western-style, or American diet of a lot of meat and saturated fats such as butter to heart disease, arthritis, diabetes and gastrointestinal health.
