Those who binge drink also eat poorly due to cravings for junk food and getting “the munchies”.

And yet people still continue to get behind the wheel despite being over the limit.

Alcohol tends to have a high sugar content, so those who are following a low-carb diet would do well to steer clear.

Sex whilst drunk can often result in unprotected sex, which can in turn lead to sexually transmitted diseases.
